Meaty Sauce for Pasta

  1. Add onion and garlic to large skillet with 1 tbsp of olive oil and saute 5 minutes with Italian seasoning.
  2. Add ground beef and sausage to pan and heat on medium high until fully cooked (approx 8 minutes).
  3. Pour in wine and simmer about 5 minutes.
  4. Add can of diced tomatoes with juice and tomato paste and stir until completely incorporated.
  5. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
  6. Add to 1 lb of cooked pasta and toss.
