Coconut Martini

• Ice
• 3 ounces vodka
• 2 ounces cream of coconut from a well-shaken can
• 1 mint leaf

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the vodka and cream of coconut and shake vigorously.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the mint leaf.
