Grandmother Helen'S Heavenly Shrimp Boats

  1. Cook shrimp in water at a boil for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Mix shrimp, mayo, celery, onion and eggs.
  3. Season according to taste with salt & pepper, mustard, worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
  4. Spread into opened hotdog buns & sprinkle with grated cheese.
  5. Top with sprinkle of paprika for color.
  6. Place on cookie sheet & bake at 400 degrees for few minutes until they are golden brown.
  7. Serve hot.
