Spicy Chinese Five-Spice Rubbed Chicken Wings W/Creamy Cilantro

  1. Preheat oven to 500F.
  2. Place wings in a large bowl.
  3. Sprinkle with five-spice powder, cayenne, salt and pepper.
  4. Rub mixture into all of the wings until well dispersed.
  5. Place wing pieces, skin side up, on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast for about 25 minutes or until cooked through, browned and crispy.
  7. Prepare sauce by combining all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  8. Whisk until smooth and well-combined.
  9. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  10. Serve alongside hot wings.
