Easy Asian Noodle Salad
- - spaghettini pasta, cooked in unsalted water, drained and cooled
- 2 qt. grilled chicken breast strips
- 2 qt. snow peas, blanched, cooled, diagonally sliced
- 1 qt. red peppers, cut into strips
- 1 cup scallions, sliced
- 3 cups canned mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing
- 2 qt. romaine lettuce, chopped
- Toss pasta with chicken, vegetables, oranges and dressing.
- For each serving: Plate 1/2 cup (125 mL) of the lettuce; top with 2 cups (500 mL) of the pasta mixture.
