Breaded Chicken on a Stick
- 1 whole Egg White
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- 1/2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 dash Cayenne Pepepr
- 1/4 teaspoons Oregano Or Parlsey
- 1 pound Chicken Breast, Skinless, Boneless
- 10 whole Bamboo Sticks
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil and place a baking rack over the top and spray with cooking spray.
- If you do not have a baking rack, spray your aluminum foil with cooking spray; set aside.
- Add egg white and water in a shallow bowl and whisk together with a fork; set aside.
- In another shallow bowl, add bread crumbs, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and oregano.
- Mix together and set aside.
- Cut the chicken into long strips, about 1/2 thick (5 strips each chicken breast).
- Dip the chicken into egg whites, then dredge into the bread crumb mixture.
- Place a skewer through the middle of the chicken and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Prepare the rest of the chicken the same way.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
- If you are not using the baking rack, flip the chicken halfway through cooking time.
- Serve with hot sauce, ranch dressing or marinara sauce.
