Lemon Meringue Martini
- 1 lemon wedge
- Granulated sugar
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces vanilla vodka
- 1 1/2 ounces Cointreau or other triple sec
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juIce
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1/4 ounce heavy cream
- Moisten the outer rim of a martini glass with the lemon wedge and coat lightly with granulated sugar.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vanilla vodka, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and heavy cream.
- Shake well and strain into the prepared martini glass.
