Sweet Gluten Free Cornbread Or Muffins

  1. Combine all ingredients and stir with a whisk.
  2. Pour into greased baking dish or muffin tins.
  3. Bake at 350 until bread bounces back slightly when pushed in the center.
  4. About 40 minutes in a 8x8 dish or 20 minutes for muffins.
