The easiest shrimp etouffee

  1. peel, clean shrimp.
  2. season with blakened season, coat with parsley, splash with onion powder, splash with galic powder and a dash of lemon pepper.
  3. then put in the refrigerator so it can stay cool.
  4. while shrimp sits.
  5. cut up one onion and a half of bell pepper
  6. saute onion and bell pepper in two tablespoons of butter, cover and let get soft.
  7. add desired seasons.
  8. I put a little tonys on it.
  9. then add shrimp and saute for about five minutes.
  10. then follow directions on the mix packet.
  11. add five table spoons of butter to shrimp onion and bell pepper.
  12. melt down.
  13. then add packet mix.
  14. cook for about 3 minutes continually stir.
  15. then add the 2 cups od watrr, as the package says, bring to a boil, then lower heat, and stirring occasionally cook cover for 15 minutes.
  16. and turn off your down.
  17. cook rice to serve with it.
  18. and whatever else you like.
  19. I do corn and garlic toast.
