Gerogia Style Pork Barbecue

  1. In a skillet, cook green pepper and onion in butter until tender.
  2. Stir in ketcup and vinegar.
  3. Cut the roast in half; place in a 5-qt.
  4. slow cooker.
  5. Pour sauce over pork.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 6-1/2 hours or until meat is very tender.
  7. Remove pork; shred with two forks.
  8. Return meat to cooking juices; heat through.
  9. Use a slotted spoon to serve on rolls.
