See's Fudge
- 10 marshmallows, regular size
- 14 lb butter, one stick
- 34 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 12 cups chocolate chips
- 12 cup nuts (optional)
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- Melt 10 marshmallows along with the butter in a double boiler.
- Boil the evaporated milk with the sugar for 6 minutes.
- Pour milk mixture and marshmallow mixture over the chocolate chips and mix with wooden spoon until creamy and thick which is about 8 minutes.
- Add the vanilla and nuts and then pour into buttered 8x8 pan.
- Cool in refrigerator and then cut into squares.
