Crispy & Delicious Deep-Fried Salmon and Tartare Sauce
- 4 Fresh salmon fillets
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Cake flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 Panko
- 2 Boiled eggs
- 2 Pickles
- 1/6 Onion
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Dried parsley
- Mince all of the ingredients.
- Soak the onion in water and then squeeze out the excess water.
- Put Step 1 into a bowl.
- Add the salt, pepper, vinegar, and mayonnaise and combine.
- Wipe off the moisture from the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- Coat with flour, then egg, then with panko.
- Deep-fry in 170C oil until golden brown.

- Arrange on a plate and top with sauce.
- Note: You can make these turn out nicer by first coating with a batter and then covering with the breaded coating.
