Crispy & Delicious Deep-Fried Salmon and Tartare Sauce

  1. Mince all of the ingredients.
  2. Soak the onion in water and then squeeze out the excess water.
  3. Put Step 1 into a bowl.
  4. Add the salt, pepper, vinegar, and mayonnaise and combine.
  5. Wipe off the moisture from the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Coat with flour, then egg, then with panko.
  7. Deep-fry in 170C oil until golden brown.
  8. Here's a recipe for pickles.
  9. "Pickled Cucumbers"
  10. Arrange on a plate and top with sauce.
  11. Note: You can make these turn out nicer by first coating with a batter and then covering with the breaded coating.
