South Texas Taco Salad Recipe

• 2 cans refried beans, mixed with pkg. of taco sauce
• Guacamole
• Lowfat sour cream
• Minced tomatoes
• Grated Jack cheese
• Minced onion
• Sm. can olives, sliced
• Top with Fritos or possibly broken Doritos

1. In a bed of lettuce, layer the 8 items in the order given.
2. Serve with chips.
