Sauce for Blooming Onions

• 12 cup sour cream
• 14 cup hot salsa
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
• salt and pepper, to season

1. Mix all together.
2. Refrigerate till ready to use.
