big farmers breakfast pocket
- 4 eggs
- 2 medium or 4 small potatoes
- 6 slice bacon (or u can use ham or sausage whichever u prefer)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar shredded cheese
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- 1 can flaky layer bicuits (10)
- 1 baking sheet
- 1 oil enought to cover bottom of pan
- 1/3 onion
- Preheat oven to whatever is on the can of biscuits.
- Peel and cube potatoes
- Start frying on medium to medium high
- Cut bacon slices into bite size pieces add to potatos add salt and pepper to ur taste
- Dice onion fine add to pan with potato and bacon (also u can add bell pepper, jalepeno, tomatoes, whatever u like)
- In a bowl scramble eggs with 2 pinch of cheese
- When bacon is done and potato s are tender add the eggs to the mixture keep on medium heat and stir occasionally til eggs are fully cooked remove from heat
- Next open biscuits and divide in half.
- Then take 5 of them and flatten together til flat add half of remaining cheese and fill with egg mixture close it up and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Repeat for the other one.
- Place in oven for about 12-14 minutes or until dough is fully cooked and enjoy
- There may b some egg mixture left but just sprinkle with cheese n put on a plate n its also good
