Dutchy Crust Oatmeal Fruit Muffins Recipe

  1. Prepare Dutchy Crust by mixing all crust ingredients together till crumbly; set aside.
  2. In large bowl, mix flour, oats, sugar, baking pwdr and baking soda.
  3. Add in fruit; stir to coat.
  4. In a small bowl, beat Large eggs with fork; beat in buttermilk and butter.
  5. Add in to flour mix; stir just till blended.
  6. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full; top with Dutchy Crust.
  7. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 15-20 min, or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
