Beef Fajitas

  1. Place steak, onion and red pepper into large shallow dish. Combine garlic, lime juice, olive oil, vinegar, cilantro, cumin and salt.
  2. Pour marinade over steak and vegetables.
  3. Toss until coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
  5. Preheat broiler. Place steak on lined broiler pan.
  6. Broil 8 to 10 minutes on one side.
  7. Turn and add onion, red pepper and rest of marinade.
  8. Broil another 10 minutes or until done.
  9. Cut meat on 45u0b0 angle into thin slices.
  10. Divide along with vegetables into tortillas; fold and serve.
