Chickpea Flour and Quinoa Fritters
- 1 cup Chickpea Flour
- 1 cup Cooked Red Quinoa
- 1/2 cups Finely Chopped Onions
- 1/2 cups Mixture Of Peas And Carrots (frozen/fresh)
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ginger Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 3/4 cups Water
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Let it stand for 5 minutes so that all the flavors blend in properly.
- Heat a pan or griddle over medium heat.
- Grease it with cooking spray and pour 1/4 cup of the mix onto the the pan (leave space in between them but you may be able to cook more than one at a time) and cook until golden brown on the bottom side.Turn it over with the help of the spatula and cook on the other side again until golden brown.
- Remove cooked fritters from the pan and continue cooking the rest.
- Serve hot with ketchup or chili sauce or as is.
