Orange Sauce for Game

• 6 tablespoons currant jelly
• 2 tablespoons port wine
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 2 oranges, rind of, grated
• 2 tablespoons orange juice
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 12 teaspoon salt

1. Put first 3 ingredients in a bowl and beat for 5 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.
3. Heat and serve with game.
