Apple Mint Chutney Recipe

  1. Pare outer rind from lemons and cut in thin strips.
  2. Squeeze and strain lemons into stainless pan.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low; simmer for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till thickened.
  5. Fill and seal jars according to Bath Basics.
