Roasted Apple and Brie Bruschetta

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Brush bread with olive oil and toast until golden brown.
  3. Lay the apple slices in a baking dish.
  4. Cover with cinnamon and sugar and roast at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Add a slice (or 2!)
  6. of brie to each toast, and top with 2-3 apple slices.
