Jessica's Famous Meatloaf

• 1 1/2 lb 80% Ground Beef
• 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
• 1 packages Old Elpaso Taco Seasoning
• 2 tbsp onion powder
• 2 clove minced garlic
• 1 tsp basil
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1 tbsp A-1 steak sauce
• 1 tsp Worshire sauce
• 2 large eggs
• 1 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzerella Cheese

1. Pre heat oven to 350
2. Add all the ingrediants, except the cheese, in a large bowl, mixing well
3. Shape your meatloaf and place in a oven safe skillet or baking dish
4. Cover the meatloaf with tin foil and put into the oven for 45 minutes
5. After 45 minutes, remove the tin foil and continue the cooking for 30 minutes
6. add the cheese to the top of your loaf and continue cooking until the cheese in bubbling
