Mini Crab Salad Sandwiches with Honey-Lime Aioli

  1. Honey-Lime Aioli: Combine all ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Crab Salad: Mix lime juice and mustard in large bowl until well blended.
  4. Toss with remaining salad ingredients.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  6. For each serving: Place 1 avocado slice on bottom half of each of 2 rolls; cover each with 1/4 cup Crab Salad.
  7. Spread about 2 tsp.
  8. Honey-Lime Aioli onto cut side of top half of each roll; place on sandwich.
