Mini Crab Salad Sandwiches with Honey-Lime Aioli
- Honey-Lime Aioli
- 1 cup KRAFT MAYO Light Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. lime zest
- 4 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- Crab Salad
- 1 cup fresh lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 1 qt. cooked jumbo lump crab
- 1-1/3 cups celery, fine dice
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
- Sandwiches
- 24 each mini whole wheat dinner rolls (2-1/2 inch), split
- 1 each avocados, cut into 24 slices each
- Honey-Lime Aioli: Combine all ingredients.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Crab Salad: Mix lime juice and mustard in large bowl until well blended.
- Toss with remaining salad ingredients.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each serving: Place 1 avocado slice on bottom half of each of 2 rolls; cover each with 1/4 cup Crab Salad.
- Spread about 2 tsp.
- Honey-Lime Aioli onto cut side of top half of each roll; place on sandwich.
