Narazuke Fried Rice Bento

  1. Dice the Narazuke into 5 mm.
  2. Thinly slice the white part of the leek.
  3. Beat an egg in a bowl.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and pour the beaten egg.
  5. When it begins to set, add the rice and stir fry while breaking the clumps apart.
  6. When the rice clumps have separated, add the ingredients and stir fry together.
  7. Drizzle soy sauce onto the exposed hot surface of the pan.
  8. Mix in and it's done.
