Yogurt Tomato Cooler

  1. Heat oil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add garlic and cumin seeds and cook very gently 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and cool.
  4. In a bowl, combine cooled garlic mixture, yogurt, paprika and stir well.
  5. Add tomatoes, green onions, chopped mint, salt and pepper.
  6. Spoon mixture into a serving bowl and chill several hours.
  7. Garnish with mint sprigs.
