Golden Lasagna
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or Muenster cheese
- 3 c. chopped cooked chicken
- Cook noodles according to directions on package.
- Saute onions and green pepper in butter.
- Add mushrooms, soup, milk and basil;
- mix

- cheeses, chicken and sauce one-half at a time in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
