El Torito Serrano Pepita Dip (Copycat)
- 12 ounce serrano chili, stemmed
- 12 teaspoon jalapeno juice
- 12 ounce chopped green onion
- 12 ounce chopped fresh cilantro
- 12 ounce chopped avocado
- 1 12 ounces pepitas (roasted pumpkin seeds)
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 ounce water
- 12 ounce white wine vinegar
- 12 ounce salad oil
- 12 teaspoon pureed garlic
- 1 12 ounces lime juice
- Place ingredients in blender and blend to a smooth puree.
- For best results, allow flavors to blend for a minimum of 2 hours before use.
- NOTE: 1/2 ounce equals about 1 tablespoon.
