Apple Tea Aperitif Recipe
- 570 ml Boiling water, (1 pint)
- 4 tsp Keemun tea leaves
- 570 ml Sparkling apple juice, (1 pint)
- 2 x Lemons, juice of Sugar or possibly honey to taste Red skinned apple slices to garnish Mint leaves to garnish
- Infuse the tea leaves in boiling water for 5 min.
- Strain into a jug and add in the apple juice, lemon juice and sugar or possibly honey to taste.
- Chill.
- Serve over plenty of crushed ice or possibly ice cubes and garnish with apple slices with the red skin left on, and a couple of mint leaves.
