Beef Goulash Soup

  1. Fry onion with butter in a large pot for 5 minutes.
  2. Add 1/2 cup water, beef, garlic, pimento, laurel leaf and 1 teaspoon salt.
  3. Stew for 2 hours adding little wine from time to time.
  4. In the time of stewing beef, prepare vegetables.
  5. After 2 hours stewing beef, remove all laurel leaves.
  6. Add all vegetables and fill the pot with water to the top of ingredients.
  7. Boil the soup up.
  8. Add marjoram, sweet paprika powder, cayenne pepper powder, chili powder.
  9. Mix the soup up and boil for 50 minutes.
  10. Add salt to taste.
