Little Golden Tomatoes Sauteed With Green and Black Olive

  1. Place olive oil in a medium saute pan over low heat.
  2. Add the garlic and parsley and cook and for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant and glossy.
  3. Add the tomatoes and stir 2-3 minutes or until the tomatoes are glossy and the parsley is evenly distributed.
  4. Stir in the olives.
  5. Stir gently until the tomatoes are warm, but intact.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
