One-Step Lasagna

  1. Crumble ground beef in a 2 quart microproof casserole.
  2. Cover with casserole lid and cook on HI for 5 minutes, stirring once during cooking time.
  3. Pour off fat.
  4. Add spaghetti sauce and water; mix well.
  5. Spread 1/3 of the meat sauce in 12 X 7 inch microproof baking dish.
  6. Arrange half the uncooked noodles over sauce.
  7. Spread with half of the Ricotta cheese.
  8. Top with 1/3 of the meat sauce.
  9. Sprinkle with 1 c. Mozzarella cheese.
  10. Repeat layers with remaining noodles, Ricotta cheese and meat sauce.
  11. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  12. Double-wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Cook on HI for 15 minutes.
  13. Cook on 50 for 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese.
  14. Cook on HI for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
  15. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
  16. 6 servings.
  17. Total cooking time:
  18. 34-37 minutes.
