Sara's Garlic Prawns

  1. Heat the olive oil.
  2. Fry the prawns in the oil until they're only just cooked.
  3. Add the butter, garlic and parsley.
  4. Reduce the heat and cook for 1 minute, stirring.
  5. Add the cream, and simmer until the sauce reduces just a little.
