Sara's Garlic Prawns
- 20 large green prawns, peeled
- 12 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 6 tablespoons minced garlic (sounds like a lot but it's needed!)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 12 cups thickened cream
- Heat the olive oil.
- Fry the prawns in the oil until they're only just cooked.
- Add the butter, garlic and parsley.
- Reduce the heat and cook for 1 minute, stirring.
- Add the cream, and simmer until the sauce reduces just a little.
