Chocolate Cheese Torte Recipe

• 1 stick butter
• 1/2 c. nuts, minced
• 1 c. flour
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 1 lg. cream cheese, soft
• 1/2 of 9 ounce. Cold Whip
• 2 Packages instant chocolate pudding
• 3 c. lowfat milk
• Grated chocolate

1. In 9"x13" mix melted butter, nuts and flour and spread over bottom of pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
3. Cold.
4. 2ND LAYER: Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cold Whip.
5. Spread over crust.
6. 3RD LAYER: Mix pudding mixes with lowfat milk.
7. Allow 3rd layer to set up and top with remaining Cold Whip.
8. Sprinkle with nuts and grated chocolate.
