Smoky Turkey & Black Bean Chili

  1. Cook bacon in large saucepan or Dutch oven on medium heat until crisp.
  2. Drain, reserving 1 Tbsp.
  3. of the drippings in saucepan.
  4. Set bacon aside.
  5. Add turkey, onions, peppers and chili powder to drippings in saucepan; cook until turkey is no longer pink, stirring frequently.
  6. Stir in tomatoes; simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add beans; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  8. Ladle into 6 individual serving bowls; top evenly with sour cream and reserved bacon.
  9. Serve with the crackers.
