Easy Restaurant-Style Baked Potatoes

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Prick potatoes in several places with fork.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 8 to 9 min.
  4. or until tender.
  5. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half.
  6. Scoop flesh into bowl, leaving thin shells; mash potato flesh with cream cheese spread, sour cream and 1/4 cup cheddar.
  7. Spoon into potato shells; sprinkle with remaining cheddar.
  8. Bake 10 min.
  9. or until cheese is melted and potatoes are heated through.
