Shrimp Toast

  1. Mix shrimp, ginger, sherry, salt, egg, water chestnuts, cornstarch and msg.
  2. Cut each piece of bread into four squares.
  3. Place a mound of shrimp mixture on each bread square.
  4. Garnish each square with minced ham and parsley.
  5. Press onto bread in a little mound.
  6. Heat oil and deep fry squares until both sides are golden brown.
  7. Serve hot.
