stuffed pork loin
- 3 lb pork loin
- 1 box stuffing
- 4 oz can green chilis
- preheat oven to 450 (drop heat to 350 when u put loin in to bake
- butterfly pork loin and season with ur favorite seasoning.
- I use lawrys season salt garlic salt and pepper
- make stuffing as directed on box and add can of chili's.
- roll up loin and tie with cooking rope.
- I don't use all the stuffing in the loin so I put the rest around the loin in pan to bake.
- cook for about 35-45 minutes take out oven cover with foil and let rest for 10-15 minutes
