stuffed pork loin

  1. preheat oven to 450 (drop heat to 350 when u put loin in to bake
  2. butterfly pork loin and season with ur favorite seasoning.
  3. I use lawrys season salt garlic salt and pepper
  4. make stuffing as directed on box and add can of chili's.
  5. roll up loin and tie with cooking rope.
  6. I don't use all the stuffing in the loin so I put the rest around the loin in pan to bake.
  7. cook for about 35-45 minutes take out oven cover with foil and let rest for 10-15 minutes
