Easy and Healthy: Crispy Baked Shrimp with Mayonnaise
- 10 Shrimp
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 Panko
- 30 ml Mayonnaise
- 20 ml Ketchup
- 1 Basil
- 1 Black Pepper
- De-vein the shrimp.
- Dust with katakuriko, massage lightly, then wash off in water.
- Pat dry the shrimp with paper towels, then dust again with katakuriko.
- Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, basil and pepper together.
- Add the shrimps into the mixture and coat them well.
- Lay down the coated shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and cover them all with panko.
- Bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes, and they're done.
