Tex Mex Brats & Beans

  1. Drain and rinse beans.
  2. Put them into your slow cooker.
  3. Slice brats diagionally into 1-inch pieces and put them into the slow cooker.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients and pour them into your slow cooker.
  5. Cook on low for 4 hours.
  6. Just before serving, sprinkle with some cilantro, cheese and sour cream.
