Chocolate Candy Bar Dessert

  1. Mix cookie crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar and melted margarine in 9x13" pan.
  2. Press firmly into bottom of pan.
  3. Refrigerate 10 min.
  4. Beat cream cheese & remaining 1/4 c. sugar until smooth.
  5. Gently stir in half the whipped topping.
  6. Spread evenly over crust.
  7. Sprinkle candy bars over cream cheese.
  8. Pour milk into large bowl.
  9. Add pudding.
  10. Beat with a wire whisk for 1 min.
  11. Pour over candy bar layer.
  12. Let stand 5 min., until thickened.
  13. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
  14. Refrigerate 2 hrs. or until set.
  15. Garnish with additional chopped candy bars if desired.
  16. Cut into squares.
