Fajitas

  1. In medium bowl, combine molasses, oil, lime juice, chili powder, oregano leaves, chopped onion and minced garlic, mix well.
  2. Add steak; stir to coat.
  3. Cover; marinate 4-6 hours or overnight, stir occasionally.
  4. In large skillet, stir-fry meat mixture 5 minutes or until brown.
  5. To serve place meat on center of each tortilla; top with cheese, refried beans, tomatoes, lettuce , avocado and salsa.
  6. Roll up envelope fashion.
  7. Serve with sour cream.
