Jumbo Cinnamon Rolls

  1. In a large mixer bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of the flour and yeast.
  2. Heat the milk, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup margarine or butter and salt just until mixture is warm (120u0b0 to 130u0b0) and the margarine is almost melted, stirring constantly.
  3. Add milk mixture to flour mixture; add eggs.
  4. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds.
  5. Scrape sides of bowl constantly.
  6. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes.
  7. Using a spoon, stir in as much of the remaining flour as you can (dough will be soft).
  8. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
  9. Knead in enough of the remaining flour to make a moderately soft dough (3 to 5 minutes total). Shape dough into a ball.
