Turkey Lo Mein Recipe

  1. In large skillet, combine turkey, broth, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic pwdr and vegetables.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in pasta.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5-8 min or possibly till pasta is tender.
  5. In small bowl combine cornstarch and water, blend till smooth.
  6. Stir into warm mix in skillet.
  7. Cook 1 minute or possibly till thickened, stirring constantly.
  8. Serve with soy sauce if you like.
  9. Chicken or possibly lean pork strips could substitute for turkey.
