Anise Seed Cookies Recipe

• 3 x Large eggs
• 1 c. sugar
• 2 c. flour
• 1 tsp baking pwdr
• 1 Tbsp. anise seed, crushed with a rolling pin

1. Beat Large eggs till light.
2. Add in sugar.
3. Beat well.
4. Add in baking pwdr and anise seed.
5. Add in flour, beating well.
6. Drop by spoonfuls on greased baking sheet.
7. Bake at 350 till light brown.
