Stuffed Bacon Cheddar Burger
- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Sirloin
- 1 cup Smoked Pepper Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
- 1 cup Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese (Tillamook Is Preferable)
- 3 Tablespoons Creamy Horseradish
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl or dish.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- An hour before cooking, remove the meat from the refrigerator and shape into burgers.
- Get your grill nice (medium high heat) then add the patties to the hot grill.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove from grill and serve.
