Creamy Pasta Sauce with Variations

- 3 cups Smoked salmon, coarsely chopped

- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- Creamy Pesto Variation
- 3 cups pesto
- Place cream cheese and 2-1/4 qt.
- milk (or 3 cups milk for trial recipe) in large saucepot; cook on medium heat until cream cheese is melted, stirring frequently with wire whisk.
