Oven Roasted BBQ Chicken Quarters
- Broiler-fryer chickens, quartered
- Kraft Regular BarBQ Sauce
- HEAT convection oven to 350F.
- Divide chicken quarters evenly on 3 parchment paper-lined full sheet pans.
- BAKE 40 to 45 minutes or until meatiest part of chicken registers at least 160F with a thermometer.
- Transfer chicken to 4 full (2-inch) hotel pans, dividing chicken evenly among pans.
- Top with barbecue sauce.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve with additional barbecue sauce.
