Sausage Casserole

  1. Brown sausage in skillet; drain.
  2. Reserve drippings.
  3. Saute onion, pepper and celery in drippings until done.
  4. Combine sausage, sauteed vegetables, long grain and wild rice mix (already cooked according to directions, including seasoning mix), other rice (already prepared), soups, cheese and mushrooms.
  5. Mix well. Spoon into shallow 2-quart casserole dish.
  6. Cover and bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour, or until done.
  7. Very rich.
  8. Makes a good dish for potluck supper or a side dish for large gathering.
