Tammy'S Spaghetti
- 2 lb. spaghetti
- 2 lb. hamburger meat
- 3 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 cans water
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- onion salt to taste
- garlic salt to taste
- In a large saucepan, cover spaghetti with water.
- Add a few drops of oil to prevent noodles from sticking together.
- Cook until spaghetti is done.
- In another saucepan, crumble and brown hamburger meat.
- Season with 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce and other seasonings.
- When meat is browned, drain off grease.
- You may rinse to reduce fat.
- Combine drained hamburger, tomato sauce, remaining Worcestershire sauce and additional seasonings and simmer until spaghetti is done.
- Drain spaghetti and mix with sauce.
- Simmer together for at least 20 minutes.
- If too dry, add a little more water.
- If too soupy, cook a little longer.
- Great with garlic bread and salad.
