Strawberry Jell-o Pie

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl for 2 minutes or until dissolved.
  2. Mix cold water and ice to make 1-1/4 cups (300 ml).
  3. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened, remove any remaining ice.
  4. Stir in 8 oz (224 grm).
  5. of Cool Whip with wire whisk until smooth.
  6. Mix in fruit.
  7. Put in fridge (in the bowl) for 30 minutes until mixture is thicker and smooth.
  8. Spoon into prepared crust.
  9. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight if possible, till firm.
  10. Garnish with more strawberries!
  11. Store leftovers in fridge.
